Sick kids and rain

They all have stuffy noses, Duncan has a cough that won't go away. He stayed home from school yesterday, then tried to run around half the day, so he wasn't going to pull that again today when he started whining when he woke up!

I was so disappointed, the pumpkin patch we ALWAYS go to was closed today at 5PM. Cars were leaving so it looked like it had been open, but we missed it. We've always gone on a weekday after work, so I don't get it. We got a couple pumpkins from the farm stand around the corner, but it's killing me that we missed out on the pumpkin patch pictures. I always get one or two great ones, and now that I've been practicing my picture taking skills I had it in my head I'd get awesome ones this year. We might go back this weekend, but it's supposed to rain and be really cold.

Here are a couple from yesterday:
This one reminds me of one of my baby pictures, I remember one of me prooped up the same way with the same expression, what do you think mom and dad?

I LOVE this outfit too...

Doesn't he look like trouble? I think he needs to get outside!

Duncan said he didn't care that he was doing this for his photo op, but I bet he will when I put it in a slideshow for his graduation or wedding!

Yo ho, yo ho

Went to the big Wagner Halloween party this weekend. Poor Aidan had a fever and then a meltdown so he napped at home with Tim. Got really lucky that the party just happened to be timed to happen during the only 3 hours of sun we've had here in the last 2 weeks!

So here's Captain Jack Sparrow (without his goatee, he's saving that for the real event) and a little ballerina. I'll have to get a better picture of the shoes I got for her, they're SOOOO cute!

Rain, rain, go away

I haven't taken any new pictures because it's been so rainy and dark for too many days here. I'll definitely take some tomorrow, the kids will be dressing up for a Halloween party!

I think little miss Lucy has a cold, sleeping a lot and very stuffy.

Back to bills, happy Friday!

My Little BOO!

I tried to put these up yesterday and had problems...

Just busy here, lots of cub scouts activities, I'll have to get a picture of Duncan in his uniform dress, I mean shirt. It hangs to his knees, but I was told to get it big so I won't be taking patches off and sewing them on new shirts all the time. He's already grown out of his uniform pants I got in August for school.

Aidan is really into tools right now, there's a new Disney show called Handy Manny that started this.

Happy October!

Man, it's freezing here, about 30 and I saw snow while I was out and about today! I put the boys in their winter jackets this morning...

I started to upload all the picture's I've taken since July to a website to order prints. It's been running 5 and a half hours and says there's 13 more hours! I guess I won't be ordering until tomorrow. Anyway, I saw these from the park this summer and they reminded me of warmer times.

6 week Lucy and Aidan at the orchard

Lucy is 6 weeks tomorrow, I took these today, close enough. I actually caught a couple smiles. She's really holding her head up too:

These are from the orchard, hayride, donut, and picking apples. I love how daintily he's holding his donut and how he ate all the sugary part around the outside first.

Apple orchard

Went to the apple orchard today, had so much fun! Poor Duncan had to miss out since he was throwing up this morrning :( He seems to be better now. Hope the rest of us stay well.

Aidan called Lucy a pretty princess today, not sure where he got that but it was so cute. He's been cracking me up lately. He tells me I'm ruining him all the time. Today I was taking pictures of him eating his donut at the orchard and he told me to take one more, so I did, then he said that's it, I'm done. Tempermental little model I have...

Here's a couple newborn ones of Lucy and then one from the orchard today. I only took 50 pictures, there will probably be more to show off when I go through them.

Oh, and that time a couple days ago when I said I was hoping for some good sleep? Well, Lucy slept from 10 until 6! The alarm went off at 6 and I freaked out and immediately checked to make sure she was breathing. And no she hasn't slept like that since.

Catching up slowly

A couple older ones I hadn't put up yet:

More recent:

I haven't been taking many pictures lately, too afraid to add more to the pile I need to sort through. Does it take everyone this much time to organize things? Maybe my computer is slow, but it seems like it takes forever just to open all the pictures up, look at them to see which of the 10 similar ones are the best, resize, save to a different the other 9 to another folder... I'm afraid to throw anything out!

I will take pictures soon, Lucy is so cute when she smiles, I have to try to capture one. And the trees are so pretty now. And pumpkins and costumes are coming up!

Twice today!

Just a couple more pictures... then I am going to crash early and hope for decent sleep for once.

Some older pics

I got the chance to go through some more old pictures yesterday while Aidan was at the sitters...Only a couple hundred more left to go through.

I took some new ones last night of all 3 kids, realized I didn't have any of all of them yet, except the first one at the hospital and you couldn't even see Lucy, she was so wrapped up. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow I will upload those pictures and see what I got.

Tried potty training this morning for the first time with Aidan. Didn't start out too well, poop on the floor and no pee anywhere before my patience ran out and I had to get outside. It is gorgeous out today. So glad to have my maternity leave now instead of Jan/Feb/March like last time.

Lucy has started smiling too!! SOOO cute! I don't think I've gotten a picture of it yet...

OK, the pictures:

Love the yawn :)

Older ones, but notice the finger? Who taught her THAT??

Girly enough?
